Semi-Skimmed UHT (UHT) and Pastry Cream

Ingredients: Semi-skimmed cream, gelling agents (xanthan gum, carrageenan), stabilizer (sodium polyphosphate). ALLERGENS: Contains milk. 

Total Fat: 21g per 100g for the bag, 25g per 100g for pastry cream.
Packaging: High-barrier polyethylene bag and Tetra Pak.
Shelf Life: 73 days in the bag / 180 days in Tetra Pak.

Storage Instructions: Ready to consume. Does not require refrigeration. After opening, refrigerate and consume as soon as possible. Suitable for children over 4 years old and adults.
